Growing - loving and serving

Are You Feeling A Call To Serve:

At Eliot Baptist Church, we believe serving isn’t something we have to do.
It’s about investing in others, loving people well, and responding to what God is doing in your heart.
We invite you to use the gifts and strengths God has given you to make an impact in the Seacoast area—and beyond.

Opportunities to Grow, Love and Serve

Nursery & Children's Ministry
Our. nursery and Kid's ministry share the love of Jesus with the youngest members of our church family. Do you enjoy teaching kids or caring for infants? This is a great place to make a difference in the lives of Eliot Baptist families.

Youth Ministry
Each week, Jr. and Sr. High students from all over the seacoast get together for Youth Group at EBC
We are passionate about helping students discover and grow in the Christian faith.  We want them to know God's love and His plans for their life.
Young Adults - College & Young Married
Transit is our ministry for young adults 18 years and older.  Our young married ministry (10/70) is for couples married less than 10 years and a combined age of less than 70.  If you have a heart for young adults, these ministries might be for you.
Women & Men's Ministries
These ministries have a variety of opportunities to get involved.  Leading Bible studies, helping with events or retreats, ministry opportunities and other occasional events.
Senior Adults - Higher Ground & Connect to Care
Higher Ground is a group of senior adults who are striving for a deeper relationship with God in Bible study as we enjoy weekly fellowship. Higher Ground has weekly Bible study and fellowship and a monthly meals as well as picnics in the summer.

The mission of the Connect to Care ministry is to promote long term caring connections through regular contact with those who, due to life circumstances, find it difficult to be engaged with the everyday life of EBC.  The ministry involves regular visitations, cards, letters, calls, texts and email as well as card and craft-making for holiday baskets.
Labor of Love - Serving and Moving
Labor of Love is a Christ-centered ministry offering help to those in need and providing an opportunity to serve in a loving and supportive manner, as guided by God's word.  Our service ministry is dedicated to helping those in need by assisting with: Home repair, yard clean-up, snow shoveling, tree removal, painting and other small home projects.  Our moving ministry is dedicated to helping people with their moving needs.

Missions
Our missions committee is committed to keeping in touch and assisting our missionary families throughout the year.  If you have a heart for missions or mission trips, consider serving on the mission committee.
Neighbors Food Pantry
Our mission is to alleviate hunger in our community by unconditionally providing nutritious food, support, and hope to individuals and families in need. We strive to serve with dignity, compassion, and respect, partnering with others to build a stronger, healthier, and more food-secure future for all. If you have the same desire to help our community neighbors, we always have opportunities to get involved.
Sports/Gym
We open the gym for many community uses to be a help to them, build relationships and display God's love
Village Ministry - Newborn Parents Ministry
We need volunteers who would enjoy providing a meal or cleaning for families with new babes.
Worship, Choirs and Technology
You don't have to know everything about sound and/or technology, just be willing to learn.  We have needs in all areas to help our Sunday services run smoothly and to livestream our services.

We also have opportunities to be involved in worship teams and choirs for all ages.
